Wembley 1996 Reunion

Argyle Legends are delighted to announce that on Friday 8th October 2021 they will be holding a 25 year reunion to commemorate that famous Wembley victory v Darlington that secured promotion from the old 3rd Division on Saturday 25th May 1996.

Many of the players who played in that never to be forgotten game will be reunited at Club Argyle at Home Park for an evening of celebration and nostalgia 

Micky Heathcote, Ronnie Mauge, Steve Cherry, Mark Patterson , Chris Curran, Paul Williams, Chris Billy and Martin Barlow are just some of the players who will be attending. Former manager Neil Warnock will also be in attendance.

Tickets priced at £55 per person or £500 for a table of 10 are expected to sell quickly so if you are interested in attending, please contact Paul Hart.  Alternatively, you can purchase a table of 8 and have a player and his wife exclusively to yourselves for £600.

The evening will comprise of a four course meal, footage of the Wembley final and celebrations, player interviews and photo opportunities. In addition there will be an exclusive interview with Neil Warnock, plus a raffle and auction.

Tickets are limited to 140 so if you wish to attend what will be the last time these group of players are all together an early booking is advised.
